president + art director

Stephanie Steck graduated from Creighton University, with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications & Interactive Media. She is a graphic designer, show cattle enthusiasts, wife and mother. Stephanie was active in 4-H and showing cattle growing up, she developed a deep passion for the show industry and its people.

Having the opportunity to grow up on a Midwestern farm and show cattle operation, made Stephanie the person she is today. Since the beginning to showing cattle at age 12, she’s never stopped.

Today, you’ll find her working along side her husband Craig, sons Keagan & Carter performing chores, making breeding decisions and marketing plans for Steck Cattle. These daily tasks are what allow Stephanie to be great at marketing, because she understand the business inside and out.

Stephanie began SCI Designs in 1999, she loves providing solutions that work for the client. She makes it a standard to ALWAYS be available for the clients.

creative director + production manager

Jeana Hurlbut joined SCI Designs in 2009 as a web developer. She has since moved into not only web developing but also designs marketing campaigns, and is the production manager.

Jeana, her husband Dustin, daughters Bayler and Mattie own and operate Hurlbut Cattle, Raymond, South Dakota. They raise and sell registered Angus and Simmental bulls and show heifers each year. They have an annual production sale each March and sell a few elite show heifers in the fall. Jeana graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelors in agricultural communications. She was active in many groups and organizations, which included being a part of the 2005 National Champion Livestock Judging team.

Jeana loves being a part of the SCI team, and loves getting to work with some of the greatest clients around. She enjoys spending her extra free time with her family at cattle shows across the US.

marketing coordinator

Jenna Belt graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications. From a young age her family farm has instilled a love for the agricultural industry in her. Growing up in Northwest, Iowa Jenna developed her deep passion and understanding for the livestock industry through exhibiting cattle, sheep, pigs, and horses.

Jenna’s diverse experiences has evolved her passion for helping others promote their business. Today, you will find her working alongside her family, operating Englin Cattle Company where they raise and sell registered Maine-Anjou cattle. It’s very rare you will find Jenna far away from her computer or cows, but if you do, she can be found traveling and supporting her four younger siblings in their activities.

Jenna joined the SCI team in 2022 as an intern and recently re-joined the team full-time in 2024. She loves getting to work alongside and learning from some of the best in the industry, Stephanie and Jeana.
